Full Control Of Raw Material
Hand Gun has established stringent quality control procedures for internal and external resources. An example of this is the high quality weapon steel being analyzed by the in-house metallurgical department. Only raw materials which comply with the specifications defined by Hand are accepted into the production progress.
High Level Of Vertical Production
Manufacturing activities range from tool making to molding and machining 100% of the components of the final product. Created on the desks of the research and development team, each Hand Gun product is immediately linked to the toolmarking department by CAD construction drawings in order to build the necessary tools for the production process. This process includes hammer forging, CNC milling and turning, stamping of strip steel, winding of springs as well as polymer and metal injection molding.

Test Firing
Every single Hand pistol is test fired to ensure CIP conformity, flawless function, and accuracy out of the box. An electronic target test device was developed explicitly for precision testing to align the hit pattern with the line of sight.
