And that was the ultimate of the 9mm PX4 Compact model we’ll look at today. 

The barrel seems slightly different through the ejection ports because rather than a tilt recoil action like most pistols, the PX4 barrel rotates to unlock during recoil. 

So, I would have liked to see the PX4 Compact offered with lower profile controls that matched the magazine release from the factory. 

Beretta and Langdon Tactical offer lower-profile solutions; I never got around to ordering the parts.
